A monthly “board” meeting
The goal is for this to be like a board that you can bring things that keep you up at night and have others speak into your situation. They are like board members without you having to impress the board for your employment. Think of it like bringing opportunities and challenges to a group of consultants and get a round of input from them.
A Monthly 1-on-1 coaching session
We all need a place to work through our individual issues that we may not want to put on the table with others, but we still need a trusted advisor to speak into.
